Chief minister M. K. Stalin took part in a ‘Christmas Thiruvizha’ event held on Monday evening at the San Thome High School auditorium in San Thome.
Hosted by the DMK MLA, from Tiruchi, Inigo Irudhayaraj, some 1000 plus people received dry food packs on this occasion, with the chief minister distributing packs to a few people as a symbolic gesture.
People from across the state made it to this event which Inigo’s team says has been held every Christmastime for past 5 years.
State ministers and leaders of various faiths were on stage at this event.
