Mylapore Times Charitable Trust (MTCT) has completed its fourth round of handing over funds to local area school students to further their studies. Just now, funding for students is for those who moved up from Std.10.
These were the donations made to students this past week – Chennai High School, R. A. Puram – Rs.8000; St. Ebba’s Girls Hr. Sec. School, Mylapore: Rs.14500: K. Kriba Sankari, BBA student of Mylapore – Rs.9000.
.All this is made possible by donors from Mylapore and around. One recent donor – Venkatesh Balachandren, Mandaveli – Rs.2000.
More donations are needed to support some students who passed the Std.12 exams and are into college. Donations get tax exemption.
