The annual feast of Our Lady of Guidance will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guidance Church at R. A. Puram from August 5 to 15. The celebration will commence with flag hoisting, procession within the church compound, Holy Mass and a retreat on Aug. 5, 6.15 pm. Novena Masses will be held every evening at 6.15.
On Sundays, there will be 4 Masses, at 6 a m, 7.30 a.m., 9.30 am and 5.15 p.m. The Mass at 9.30 a.m will be in English. All other masses will be in Tamil.
On Aug. 7, is the First Holy Communion Mass at 7.30 a m.
On the feast day, August 15, 3 Masses will be celebrated at 7.30 a m, 9.30 a.m and at 5.15 p.m. There will be a car procession taken out in the evening via Lazarus Church Road, San Thome High Road, Jonehan Street and streets in the church zone.
