If you want to donate so poor children get some sweets for Diwali, you may do it here

‘Kanna Laddu Donate Panna Aasaiya’.

This is how tech-entrepreneur Raghav and his team themed this festival season’s drive to get people to sponsor sweets and gifts for people, especially young ones. i-Giver has been the social project of Raghav, who takes time off from his tech and design firm that moved out of Mylapore recently to support NGOs while coaxing people to donate whatever they can.

This Deepavali season, Raghav has an appeal to you. You can choose what you want to be donated – sweets, gift packs, etc – from the offers on the web site  www.igiver.org. You pay for the lot and Raghav’s team arranges for the goodies to reach NGOs.

Adyar Ananda Bhavan has made special packs of sweets for this campaign, he says. Rs.75 per pack. Already, groups of children have begun getting the gifts via donations made.
