Bhavans’ basic courses in computer skills for poor youth, seniors to start late December

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Gandhi Institute of Computer Education and Information Technology Centres at Mylapore (#18, East Mada Street, Mylapore. Tel. No. 24611312) offers free training in basics of  computer skills for educated, unemployed youth belonging to the economically backward sections.

The course covers skills training in MS-Office with Tally and in desktop publishing.

These courses have helped many students to secure employment at various levels, says the centre head.

The courses are also extended to senior citizens.

To apply, you need to submit application forms stocked at the Bhavans’ office and so so by Dec. 24. For more details contact staff in charge of this course.
