TALK ON TEXTILES AT TEMPLES
On Nov.13, 4.15pm. At Arkay Centre, Luz. Sacred Textiles is the theme of a talk to be presented by Madhushudhanan Kaliselvan and Sreemathy Mohan. Textiles represent traditions that are also used in temples and in day-to-day life. The talk looks at the history of such textiles and shows samples too. Open to all.

On Nov.15, 6.15 pm. At Arkay Centre, Luz. Madhuradhwani presents ‘Vaaniyin Vamsam 06’ – a talk on ‘The Two Balachanders. Mavericks of Mylapore’. Talk is by writer-historian Venkatesh Ramakrishnan. Open to all.
