Lt. governor of Puducherry and governor of Telengana, Tamilisai Soundararajan is launching the December Season concerts of Chennai Fine Arts this morning at the Gokhale Sastri Institute hall in Karpagambal Nagar, Luz.
Eminent dancer Vyjayanthimala Bali is to be decorated with an award and mridangam vidwan Umayalpuram Sivaraman will felicitate the awardee.
Concerts are held here every day.
