Admission is now open for online courses offered in Tamil by the Dr J Jayalalithaa Music and Fine Arts University whose offices are based in R. A. Puram.
There are two courses on offer –
1) Appreciating Music Therapy : 6 months weekend course
2) Advanced Diploma in Music : 2 years bridge course. This diploma sets the stage for one to do a master’s degree in music (mainly for cross major under graduates)
These courses are offered by the University and not by the music college.
