The Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) party held a public meeting at Mangollai in Mylapore on Sunday to mark the party’s 35th founding day.
Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss, the party leader was the key guest on stage.
He listed the achievements of the party in the state, saying that the party’s suggestions and campaigns had created facilities like check dams on rivers. He said that the party had notched these ‘achievements’ even without being in power.
A large number of party cadres attended the meeting – seats were arranged for them on the east end of North Mada Street for the meeting.
The area was also decorated with flags, banners and illumination.
