The annual fest of music and dance for the Panguni festival of Sri Kapali Temple, the vidaiaatri will start on March 27, a day after the rituals are over here.
The fest is on from March 27 to April 2 and then, from April 4 to 9 and this year, features many dance productions.
All concerts take place in the Navaratri mantapam.
Starred at the fest are Kunnakudi Balakrishnan on March 27 evening and the Ranjani – Gayatri duo ( March 31 evening). The dance productions are of Meenakshi Chittaranjan, Roja Kannan, Urmila Satyanarayanan and Sheela Unnikrishnan.
