The May edition of Mikeless Kutcheri in the Park hosted by Sundaram Finance will present a debut Carnatic vocal performance by P. B. Srujana.
This concert, as always, is held at Nageswara Rao Park and this one will be on May 5 from 7 am to 8 am – at the Chess Square zone at rear of park.
Srujana was slated to debut here in December 2023 but the concert had to be postponed due to torrential rains.
Her guru is Kamala Ramanathan.
She will be accompanied by B Kesavan on the violin and by Yashwanth Ravi on the mridangam and the performance will be in a verdant setting that is cool despite the summer heat. Mikes and speakers are not used.
