Chennai Corporation staff have set up a booth that serves grains and water for birds, inside Nageswara Rao Park in Luz.
Regulars at the park said they had made a suggestion to the GCC staff and the idea was implemented.’
The facility has been set up near the new gyms in the rear end of the park. It serves a purpose now, since the summer heat drives birds to look for sources of water.
