TVK cadres and fans of chief minuster C. Josephy Vijay lined the sides of roads in Alwarpet the moment word was out that the CM was to visit the former chief minister M. K. Stalin.
The crowds swelled after 1 p.m. on C. P. Ramaswamy Road and off TTK Road.
The chief minister and his convoy zipped down to his destination after 3.30 pm. This was a courtesy call.
