Mylapore Times Charitable Trust ( MTCT) has been seeking donations from Mylaporeans to fund the studies of students in local schools for 2026 – ‘27.
Every year, some 30 students who pass out from Class 10 and Class 12 with good marks and wish to move up and need some funds, apply to the Trust.
The Trust is short of about Rs.50,000 now and it closes the drive this week.
Donations enjoy IT exemption too. Just call Mylapore Times / Shanthi or Neela / at 2498 2244 and they will facilitate easy-tomake donations.
