Raghavendar, the restaurant’s partner says he was motivated to do this because of the severe summer that affects many people who are out in the sun.
Karuveppilai and kothmalli and a few sliced green chillies are added to the buttermilk which makes it a yummy treat in 40 degrees heat.
The butter milk is stored in a clay pot and served every day
