When the mother and daughter duo, Shanthi and Vidya , tasted success in their cloud kitchen business they ran in Madipakkam, the seed of expanding was planted in their minds. Mylapore as the next branch popped up.
This new food space is located on Solaiappan Street, Mylapore. It is named Sri Lucky Bhojan.
The kitchen opens at dawn and service begins at 7.30 a.m. when the staff serve piping hot idlis, pongal , vada and poori. Pongal costs Rs.50 and two idlis, Rs.30. Besides coconut chutney and sambhar, they serve tomato chutney too.
In the evening, this place serves sandwich, momos and other snacks. This menu is on offer till about 7 p.m. Dinner service follows.
Chappatis and dosas besides a few other items are offered. A set of chappatis costs Rs.55.
