P K Seethalakshmi, 91, wife of late of P. K. Subramaniam, ADE (retd), Highways and the mother of P S Prabhakar, correspondent of P. S.Senior Secondary School, Mylapore passed away on August11.
She was a resident of Mylapore for more than half a century and was an active member of Karpagambal Suvasini Sangam. She hailed from Vellore, born into a family of 8 sisters and 3 brothers.
She is survived by daughter P S Sasikala, retired teacher of Lady Sivaswamy Ayyar Girls High School, son P S Prabhakar, chartered accountant, daughter Mekala Ramesh and Ashok Subramaniam, Arun Pennathur and Shankar Pennathur – all sons based in the USA.
