A long queue has formed outside the ration shop at C. P. Ramaswamy Road, Alwarpet where blackgram dhal is being distributed after more than 2 months.
The supply of blackgram dhal has been erratic for some time and residents have lined up to pick up whatever they can while the stocks last.
