A new business, Maa Minders, in San Thome caters to many types of housing needs – new construction, maintenance and repair of electrical, structural and plumbing systems, painting and carpentry. House-keeping and security services are also offered.
M. Robert Prabhu is the founder of the company and his experience includes a stint with a firm providing civil and maintenance services for Southern Railways.
‘Almost all services are done by my employees, who are on my payroll. We have provided our services to Dhyana Ashram, San Thome Church, Lazarus School, Dr. Murali Kartick’s Hospital and for a number of independent residential houses’, he says.
