Dhanalakshmi Ravindran, was recently awarded ‘Teaching Icon of the Year’ Award by the Rotary Club of Madras during the CLUB’S Teacher’s Day celebrations.
She is a science teacher in Besant Theosophical Higher Secondary School, Besant Nagar at present. Formerly . she worked at Rajalakshmi Matriculation School at Mandaveli.
“It is my first award and am very happy to have received it. I have more than 25 years of experience as a teacher. Last year I was recognised by my school for my cent percent attendance,” said Dhanalakshmi.
