Months after cyclone Vardah damaged a portion of the compound wall at Mandaveli bus depot, it is fixed with a temporary wall now.
The Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) carried out this work recently.
Said a staff from Mandaveli bus depot, “We fixed only a temporary wall as the Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has planned to take over this area for their project.”
