It was a colourful start to the 20 days of the Vasantha Utsavam at Sri Velleeswarar Temple, Mylapore’s South Mada Street. It was on Monday evening – July 4.
A tastefully decorated mini temple tank model was set up in the temple yard and floats, fitted with small motors did teh rounds of the tank which was filled with water.
People visiting the temple took time off to appreciate the utsavam special.
