Nrithya Nadam and Hamsanadam will jointly conduct Thyagaraja aradhana on Sunday, Feb. 18 evening 6pm onwards at Anjaneyarswamy and Ramalayam Temple opposite P S Senior Secondary school in Alamelumangapuram, Mylapore.
There will be goshti ganam of pancharatna krisis by vidwans and vidushis as a tribute to saint Thyagaraja.
Meghna Venkat ( Bharatanatyam artiste and teacher of Nrithya Nadham) belongs to the lineage of saint Thyagaraja. Her family members have been conducting the Thyagaraja aradhana for several years now.
This year, Hamsanadam chose to joins hands with this school to host the event this year.
