Tips for physical fitness and mental health. Shared at last Sunday’s meet in Mylapore

On the occasion of National Stress Awareness Month, the Way to Wellness centre which is a fitness and rehabilitation centre on Balaiah Avenue, Mylapore held a special meet – sharing with people ways  to combat stress by doing exercises, yoga and meditation.

The meet was held to raise awareness about physical fitness and mental health.

R. Sridhar.R of Maithri Educational and Charitable Trust and V. Saraswathy of Akshaya Trust presided over the event, which had15 participants.
The founders of ‘Way to Wellness’ Alagu Vishalatchi (Sakthi) and Akash curated this meet and they intend to host similar meets regularly.
