Ramaswamy of East Abhiramapuram 1st Street wants to say he appreciate the quick action that local area GCC staff took on his complaint earlier this week.
He fouind that tar from drums diumped on the sidwalk was leaking near his house. It coud pose a messy situation in the heat. So he lodged a complaint with the GCC.
Inside an hour, GCC staff landed up and attended to the civic issue.
Ramswamy said that people must lodge online complaints on local civic issues to get the attention of the staff.
