Rejected by family, judged by society, and forced to fight for dignity every single day, a transwoman walks through a world that refuses to understand her truth.
This is the spine of a new play titled ‘Uccham’ by Theepam Theatre and it is focussed on ‘the silent tears, and unbreakable courage of transgender lives facing the dark side of society.’
Directed by artiste Preethisha who has a masters degree in theatre.
