Members of R A Puram Residents Association (RAPRA) had a meeting with Anthony Manimaran, zonal head of Urbaser Sumeet and his team to improve their garbage clearance services in the area.
Dr R. Chandrasekaran, president of RAPRA presented a petition to Anthony listing out issues to be addressed.
Some key issues were discussed at this meet and phone numbers of senior Urbaser staff in the R A Puram area were shared.
Urbaser officials have requested residents to segregate the waste at source and hand them over to his collector as wet, dry and hazardous waste. Every day, sanitary waste will be collected in a separate bin.
