A group of leading government medical and engineering universities from Russia are taking part in an education fair to be held at the Russian Centre on Kasturi Ranga Road in Alwarpet on Saturday, May 10.
The representatives will not only showcase the courses on offer but also highlight the scholarships to students who have high marks in their Plus Two exams.
Education consultants who facilitate passage of local students to Russian campuses say a majority of students heading to Russia take up medicine. Many have also begun to attend engineering courses there.
The education fair is open to all.
