The AIADMK’s candidate for Chennai South for the 2024 Lok Sabha election, Dr J. Jayavardhan has begun his election campaign.
He did the rounds of the areas around his residence which is on Leith Castle Street.
This morning, his caravan of AIADMK and members of the allies, did the hard yards in the kuppams off Marina Loop Road, which is the target of all candidates in any election, for they hold a huge section of the electorate in this constituency.
Jayavardhan went street by street, lane by lane, having a word with women busy making and selling breakfast, others preparing for work and school and fisherfolk around.
