Damaged drain on R. K. Mutt Road set right. Traffic resumes.

The drain pipe repair work on Ramakrishna Mutt Road had been completed.

Metrowater workers worked extra hours to get fix a section of the new drainage pipe after the existing one burst; the area that had to be dug up and later closed was barricaded –  awaiting the cementing soon .

The traffic on this stretch had resumed. MTC buses find it difficult to negotiate at this point near the post office.

CMWSSB’s local team responded well and completed the job quickly; it had to because this is a busy road.
