The Congress has put up its man for the Chennai South constituency for the ensuing General Elections. He is S. V. Ramani who is part of the party’s communications cell in New Delhi. He has also held various positions in the party and had worked in Tamil Nadu before moving to Delhi.
The announcement came hours before the deadline for filing nomination papers for the poll due on April 24 here.
